group flag .

ice breaking were to introduce
ourself .
belay school , we know how to
belay ppl .
got one boy his name is dunno
what 'hong' .
he practice belaying then
he too light 'fly' up .
nothing much later .

after breakfast did rock
climbling . after that
ia hang out .
very fun ...cos of the
instructor there .
after lunch did abseiling .
not that fun cos the things
we did b4 that was more
challenging .
while i was going down .
it started raining .
we went to th shelter
and wait-ed .

then next is flying fox .
was very fun!:]
